A Culinary Masterclass with Chris Hobson
On Friday, 21st March 2025, at 12 noon, Chef Chris Hobson will take to the stage for an exclusive live food demonstration, bringing his expertise and passion for locally sourced ingredients to the forefront. Chris will be showcasing one of The View Restaurant’s signature dishes—succulent beef short rib, sourced locally from the renowned Sykes House Farm.
During this exciting demonstration, Chris will take attendees on a journey through the process of preparing and cooking this indulgent dish. From explaining the sourcing of premium beef to the precise techniques used in slow-cooking for maximum tenderness and flavor, he will reveal the secrets behind crafting this crowd-pleasing dish.
